Racehorse and Jockey Study I (Charity Print)
Fine art giclée print from an original charcoal study. I wanted to portray the relationship between a horse and his jockey, in those few moments of sweaty exhaustion after a race.
Sizes (see drop down)
- SMALL: 8x10” either unmounted or mounted to 11x15”
- LARGE: 12x14” unmounted print, sent rolled for protection
Both editions with a signed certificate of authenticity.
20% of profits from the sales of this print will benefit the Racehorse Sanctuary, a British charity dedicated to saving, housing, retraining and rehoming ex-racehorses in need. They are a self funded charity which relies wholly on donations to continue. They never give up on a horse, even those who can’t be ridden or are in need of specialist care on a daily basis - every horse is given sanctuary, respect and care. Due to the recent and ongoing global ‘situation’, the shut down of their usual fundraising avenues, and a harsh 2020/21 winter, the Sanctuary has launched a winter appeal to help feed and fund all the horses in their care. Each 20% donation from this print will go straight to helping the charity care for their horses.
I use a local independent printers and framers to print and mount all of my prints - please be advised that each print is printed on demand, so can take up to 10 days to dispatch.
